A French press, called a cafetiere, caffetiere a stanouille, press pot, coffee pot, or merely caffe, coffee plunger or French press, is an old-fashioned coffee drinking device, generally made of metal, with a long manage to be able to put the caffetiere straight on the pot or press to brew. A true French press pot will give you a superior quality of coffee and will allow you to control the amount of coffee grinds you get from each brew.
